Effective Date: July 15, 2026
Last reviewed: July 2026
Purple Peaks Apps LLC ("Purple Peaks Apps," "we," "us," or "our") builds software tools for insurance professionals, including the PSG Partner Portal. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through purplepeaksapps.com (the "Site") and our related applications, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using the Site or our applications, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number.
- Portal and application data. If you use the PSG Partner Portal or another Purple Peaks Apps product, we collect the account, usage, and content information necessary to operate that product, as described in any product-specific documentation provided to you.
- Automatically collected information. We automatically collect technical information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site, through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 4.
- Communications. If you contact us by phone, email, or through the Site, we retain a record of that communication, including any information you voluntarily provide.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Create and maintain a contact record for you in our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel, "GHL"), so we can respond to your inquiry and follow up appropriately;
- Provide, maintain, and improve our software products, including the PSG Partner Portal;
- Contact you by phone, text, or email to respond to your inquiry or discuss our products and services;
- Monitor and improve the Site's content, usability, security, and performance; and
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
3. How Your Contact Form Submission Is Handled
When you submit the contact form on this Site, your information is transmitted securely and used to automatically create or update a contact record in our GoHighLevel CRM. A member of our team then reviews your message and reaches out using the contact method(s) you provided. A hidden "honeypot" field on the form helps us detect and block automated spam submissions; it is not visible to human visitors and no information entered into it (there should be none) is used for any purpose other than spam prevention.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic and engagement, and support analytics tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect certain Site functionality. We do not knowingly sell personal information, as that term is defined under applicable state privacy laws.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and our applications and manage contacts, including our CRM provider (GoHighLevel), hosting providers, and email/SMS delivery platforms, under confidentiality obligations;
- Business partners only where necessary to provide a product or service you have affirmatively requested; and
- Government authorities or regulators, where required by law.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain contact and account information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with applicable legal and contractual obligations. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by submitting a request through our contact page. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
10. Contact Us
