What is the PSG Partner Portal?

The PSG Partner Portal is a back-office CRM built specifically for independent insurance agents. It brings lead management, e-signature workflows, client document storage, plan comparison and quoting tools, and credentials/compliance tracking together in one agent-facing workspace.

Who can access the PSG Partner Portal?

The Partner Portal is built for independent insurance agents, particularly those working in Medicare and health insurance, who need a lightweight, agent-facing system rather than a heavyweight enterprise CRM. It's not a consumer-facing product.

What features does the PSG Partner Portal include?

The portal includes lead capture and lead scoring, e-signature workflows for client documents and enrollment paperwork, secure client document storage, plan comparison and quoting tools, and credentials and compliance tracking so licensing and certifications stay current.
